How does pick-up & delivery work?
We collect and deliver three mornings a week; Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 7.30-9.30am within our usual locations
Book online for a collection Monday morning and you can specify to have your machine returned either Wednesday or Friday morning, or the following week on a day that suits your schedule.
How will my pride and joy be transported?
Your bike will be handled with much love and care. Bikes are clamped in well-spaced fork traps for stability and clearance between each bike, in our specifically equipped VW support van.
What is the minimum turnaround time for collection & delivery service?
2 days (48 hours).
What days do can you service at my home or office ?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - either a morning or midday session.
What about emergency minor adjustments like gear or brake tunes?
By appointment, we can come to your location on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
Is there a call out fee for mobile servicing?
Yes; minimum call out is $159 inside our area of operation.
Does pick-up and delivery cost more?
No, it is included within service cost inside our area of operation.
Can I drop my bike to you in at the workshop?
We are now a dedicated mobile service, so we’ll collect and return your bike.
Will you collect or deliver or service on site in the CBD?
No; we do not currently offer on-site servicing in Melbourne CBD.
