Establised in 2005 and with over 30 years of industry experiance we now cover a range of services including performance upgrades, consulting, custom wheel builds and cycling event support
We love Custom paintwork and detailed custom bike projects! Transform your road or mountain bike with with fresh new artwork and paint by our friend at Sungraphics and Velocraft and we can help create a sharp new look for your machine
Working closely with Carbonbikerepair Melbourne we can organise assessment and repair of your damaged carbon bike frame
We use factory brands for service replacment parts including SRAM, Campagnolo, Shimano, Rock Shox and Fox and use specialist aftermarket upgrade products from the worlds leading selecting only the best products for the right application
We are dedicated mobile service developed to provide you with professional care for your cycling machine.

Herb Donovan
Herb has worked as a cycle mechanic and wheel builder for the industry & cycle teams here in Victoria and overseas for over 20yrs.
Herb competed at a National level in XC mountain bike racing, internationally on the road for a Belgium cycling team and studied Industrial design at Monash University.
After completing a nationally accredited Certificate III in Bicycle Mechanics in 2003 issued by Automotive Training Australia Ltd he felt it was time to bring a fresh approach to the industry and created Fuel a dedicated workshop studio and mobile servicing
With an astute attention to detail, a keen eye for inspirational improvements and a passion for quality Herb has now developed a strong reputation for professional service with a loyal customer following.
By the grace of many wonderful inspiring customers since 2005 Fuel has been able to grow into a successful and highly regarded business within the industry.

How will my pride and joy be transported?
With much love and care in our new cool new decked out VW van
What is the turnaround time for collection & delivery service?
2- 4 days
Why does it take 2-4 days?
Quality work takes time
What days do you pick up & deliver?
Mon, Weds and Friday mornings between 7.30- 9.30am
What about emergency minor adjustments like gear or brake tunes?
By appointment we can come to you on Monday, Weds or Friday and work on location
Is there a call out fee for mobile servicing?
Yes $89 minimum depending upon area
Does pick up and delivery cost more?
Not within the approved inner south eastern suburbs we will notify if outside our areas
Can I drop my bike to you in at the workshop?
We are now a dedicated mobile service so drop off to workshop is no longer available
Will you collect or deliver to the CBD?
Sorry we do not collect and deliver to Melbourne CBD
Do we service onsite in the Melbourne CBD?
